Bishop James R. Rice is a heartfelt man of God who is not afraid to breakloose and praise the Lord.  He is an anointed minister of the word and is ready, willing, and able to deliver whatever God says.

The essence of the Glory of God, rests on our Bishop who has a mantle of "Teaching the Vision of the Kingdom of God."

Through study and time with God, this man of God, is a oracle of the end time prophetic Word and the Grace that God has shed abroad to us.  His teaching is life changing and developmental to all that have an ear, to hear what the Spirit is saying to the Church.
Bishop Rice is the Chief Episcopate and General Overseer of Greater Harvest Christian Center. He is also the overseer of Nehemiah Family Services, Rice Ministries International, Rice Ministries Global, and is the Grant Writing Instructor, and Church Management & Development Consultant.
